Distinctly Living does not sell or trade your PII to third parties.  Distinctly Living may share certain PII and other website traffic information and metrics with her website hosting and service providers, such as GoDaddy or Squarespace, as well as other third parties who assist her in operating the website, in conducting our business, or in serving our website users, but only so long as those third parties parties agree to keep such information confidential, as reasonably secure as possible, and to only use the information in order to provide her with website hosting and maintenance services.  We may also release PII when such release is required to comply with applicable laws, to enforce her website’s policies, or to protect her rights or others’ rights, property, or safety.
